Whole-cluster pressed, 100% wild malolactic fermentation, and barrel-fermented Chardonnay shape the round body balanced by Michigan's fresh, cool-climate acidity. Aged for 26 months en tirage and finished as an Extra Brut, the final dosage contains a whisper of grape spirits built with 2024 reserve wine, delivering delicate red cherry fruit, orchard notes, and a long, subtly toasty finish.
